Role & Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable APIs and own data pipelines for reliable data processing and serving.
- Structure data modeling and own schema design, query optimization, and infrastructure on AWS.
- Contribute to system design decisions and mentor developers while improving monitoring and reliability.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, growth, and operations teams to translate data into tangible outcomes.
- Review and contribute to front-end React code as needed, ensuring cohesive cross-stack development.
Technical Environment:
- Operate in a flexible, remote-first setting with a diverse global team and a casual work culture.
- Utilize modern tools including Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development in daily engineering workflows.
