Consultancy Objectives:
- Review training on financial literacy and investments.
- Assist in developing business plans and financial models.
- Oversee the production of high-quality pitch materials.
Matchmaking and Deal Support:
- Identify potential investors for grantees.
- Provide ongoing support, including business plan refinement.
- Document and report on matchmaking efforts.
Investment Readiness (R3):
- Support grantees in developing pitch materials.
- Provide light touch support to the rest of the grantees
- Prepare and implement exit plans with companies.
General:
- Maintain proper filing of all investment readiness materials.
- Liaise closely with the IAP team for efficient coordination.
- Support program evaluations and development of reports.
