Sr. Director of Research & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept, benchtop, and pilot through commercialization
• Improve existing SKUs (taste, texture, nutrition, and cost), including solving formulation challenges such as protein integration and texture optimization
• Identify and develop new product platforms aligned with Khloud’s brand and consumer trends

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in salty snacks R&D and product development required
• Proven experience bringing salty snack products from concept to commercial scale
• Strong expertise in snack formulation, particularly protein systems, texture, and flavor masking
