Primary Duties:
- Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision.
- Ongoing optimization of live user workflows.
- Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in technology.
- Experience using data and primary research to inform solution design.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Experience working in call center environments to improve efficiency.
- Background in patient engagement programs, particularly in healthcare.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven voice technologies for effective patient interactions.
