Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a multi-year security roadmap and serve as primary security advisor to executive leadership and Roper Technologies.
• Unify legacy security programs and lead Security Operations, GRC, Application Security, and Cloud Security functions.
• Secure SaaS platforms through secure SDLC, vulnerability management, and penetration testing programs.

Required Experience:

• 12+ years in information security with 4+ years as CISO, Deputy CISO, or VP of Security at a B2B SaaS or cloud-native company.
• Deep expertise in cloud security architecture, secure SDLC, and leading SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS audits.
• Experience with FERPA, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks and communicating risk to non-technical executives.

• Demonstrated humility, hunger for responsibility, and interpersonal smartness in dealing with others effectively.
• Executive presence to build trust at the C-suite level and strong business acumen impacting revenue and customer trust.
