Job Description

As an Email Marketer, you’ll have the freedom to design and optimize email campaigns from start to finish. You’ll be working in a dynamic e-commerce environment where everyone contributes their own expertise: from SEO and SEA to social media and content management. Together, the team drives overall results.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to scale up email marketing through automation and take full ownership of developing and executing the strategy. Lead, test new ideas, and build something valuable from the ground up that helps the organization grow. Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and effective.

Key responsibilities include developing weekly newsletters and targeted email campaigns, setting up strategies for email automation, optimizing KPIs such as open rates and conversions, working on customer retention, and analyzing data using Google Analytics. Also, experiment with new communication channels such as WhatsApp and integrate them with email campaigns.
