Founding Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to be the first engineering hire and define the technical foundation of a platform that will transform how families experience pregnancy and birth. You’ll work directly with the founding team to design and implement scalable systems that blend AI and human-in-the-loop support, helping women access personalized, continuous care. As the Founding Engineer, you’ll be responsible for technical architecture decisions, hands-on development, and helping shape the long-term engineering culture of the company.

You will design and implement scalable AI + human-in-the-loop support systems and build tools for pregnancy planning, tracking, and clinician workflows. You'll also collaborate with founders to set technical priorities and product roadmap, establish a robust, maintainable codebase from the ground up, ensure data integrity, security, and HIPAA compliance as the platform scales, and ship new features rapidly and thoughtfully, iterating based on user feedback.
