Key Responsibilities:

Help clients with specialty selection, program selection, application strategy, essays, interview prep, and match navigation.
Guide letters of recommendation, clinical rotations, licensing, financial aid, resume review, and waitlist strategy.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with the residency or fellowship application and match process.
Prior coaching or mentoring experience with a clear, structured approach to client success.
