Senior Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can move seamlessly between brand, product, and marketing design. You’ll bring bold creative ideas to the table, turn them into visually striking work, and shape the design systems that keep us scaling. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to execute at a high level while also setting the bar for collaboration and creative excellence. Build the visual expression of Dutch across lifecycle, product, registration, and growth channels — bringing consistency, craft, and clarity to everything we ship. Maintain our design systems in Figma — from components to full-page patterns — making sure everything works together beautifully and scales as we grow. Design brand assets for a variety of marketing channels, including digital advertising, paid social media, email and lifecycle campaigns, and direct mail.
