Job Description
Develop and maintain the Rackspace business intelligence framework and continually refine the BI strategy to align with corporate direction. Serve as the subject matter expert in extraction of information from EFD, Star and Snowflake schemas. Build operational and ad-hoc reports. Build reports that take advantage of OLAP/Dimensional Modeling capabilities. Build executive dashboards and corporate scorecards. Work with customers to define their requirements and create information delivery solutions that meet their needs utilizing “best practices.” Write software in an open-source setting. Write and design documents. Review proposed software branches and participate in project discussions.
