Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of design solutions. Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry trends to drive product excellence and innovation. Mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and growth within the organization. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices. Lead or participate in user testing sessions and usability studies to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions. Drive the evolution of the company's design culture by fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and creativity flourishes. You will be working on the Customers Area, helping doctors and clinics provide better care to their patients by improving and shaping the future of our Saas tools and doctor’s mobile application.
