The GACC is seeking a Virtual Support Specialist to provide professional, responsive, and thoughtful assistance to clients and internal teams. As the first line of communication, the specialist will address client questions via email or virtual chat and support onboarding processes for new clients. They will troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems, maintain organized records, and collaborate with internal departments to address client needs promptly.
