Job Description
The Lead QA Automation Engineer is a critical technical leader.
- Build and maintain a fully production-like staging environment.
- Implement and maintain synthetic and/or de-identified data models.
- Own automation around data seeding, refresh and reset workflows.
- Architect, develop and optimize scalable, maintainable automation frameworks.
- Define Vida’s quality strategy with an emphasis on shift-left practices.
- Own and evolve the release quality process, including quality gates, staging validation workflows and release-readiness criteria.
