Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior hybrid Product Designer with strong illustrator skills. A high-performing creative and systems thinker who’s eager to question the status quo and propose bold, user-centered design solutions. You’ll join our small and passionate Product Design team committed to proving that Web3 isn’t just for the initiated. In this role, you will shape intuitive, inclusive designs across web, mobile, print, and beyond. You’ll own and evolve our design system, produce standout illustrations and motion assets, and bring consistency to RootstockLabs’ digital and physical touchpoints. Key responsibilities include identifying and validating user pain points through research, prototyping, and iterative testing, using data and feedback to inform user-centered design decisions, and translating insights and business needs into engaging and delightful, functional solutions. The role also collaborates with and inspires mid-level and junior Product Designers to conceptualize and craft innovative, intuitive, inclusive, and user-centric designs across web, mobile, print, and more, maintaining high standards in visual design and delivering pixel-perfect designs aligned with our product strategy.
