Job Description
The Service Manager will report to the Director, Safety Standards and Guidance and implement program goals. They will communicate potential issues, identify areas for improvement, manage clerical supervisors, and ensure cross training in all operational areas. The manager will provide hands-on customer service, intervene on behalf of staff, identify staffing needs, manage administrative resources, prepare analytical reports, assist in coordination of implementation efforts, and analyze administrative problems to identify solutions. This position may be eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.
