Your Role:
- As Medical Monitoring Director, you'll be sponsor physician on clinical trials: medical monitor on your studies, oversee consultant monitors, and build the in-house team.
- Report to SVP Clinical Development, work with clinical leads, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, and Pharmacovigilance.
- Own medical decisions on your studies and clinical ownership of AI tools for blinded safety monitoring.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as medical monitor for eligibility, causality, and protocol questions; sit on dose-escalation safety review committees.
- Write medical monitoring plans, define stopping rules and safety monitoring schedules with clinical leads.
- Oversee consultant medical monitors, set standards, and share 24-hour medical monitor line.
