Job Description

Own end-to-end onboarding for new customers—leading implementation planning, workflow scoping, training coordination, and go-live execution. Serve as the primary project manager during implementation, aligning internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely deployment. Customize implementation plans based on customer size, care setting, specialty, and EHR environment. Coordinate and execute provider training sessions, both virtual and in-person as needed. Develop and maintain detailed implementation timelines and status documentation. Identify and mitigate risks early in the implementation process. Work closely with Product and Technical teams on configuration, integrations, and issue resolution. Help refine implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices based on lessons learned and evolving customer needs. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and onboarding materials to scale implementation operations.
