Job Description
The Director of Marketing will architect a scalable growth strategy to enable 10x growth and conduct an assessment of current marketing efforts, documenting the customer journey map. They will create a marketing plan with strategy, tactics, and metrics for efficient growth, ensuring the plan delivers the 2025 and 2026 budgets.
They will strengthen the acquisition engine with paid social, lead lifecycle marketing efforts, and improve nurturing and retargeting strategies. The director will define and own all key growth metrics, establish an analytics framework, and manage resources for execution, which may include agencies, vendors and fractional staff. Moreover, they will build a high-performance internal marketing team, acting as a player-coach.
