Volljurist (m/w/d) Wirtschaftsrecht – Schwerpunkt Einkauf

As a Volljurist (m/w/d) Wirtschaftsrecht with a focus on purchasing, you will be responsible for the following activities: Creation, review and negotiation of contracts, especially in the purchasing environment. Management and maintenance of contract templates and development of standard processes. Analysis of legal risks and development of risk management strategies in close coordination with the department management. Legal advice for various business areas, in particular in contract, commercial and corporate law. Advice on data protection and competition law issues as well as support for compliance initiatives. You should be a fully qualified lawyer with a first and second state examination or comparable legal qualification, possess at least 3 years of professional experience in a legal department or commercial law firm, and have sound knowledge of contract and commercial law, ideally with a focus on purchasing (supply chain law). You should also have negotiation skills in German and English, excellent analytical skills, communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
