Principal PostgreSQL Database Administrator (DBA)

As our Principal PostgreSQL Database Administrator , you’ll own the health, performance, and scalability of Flash’s production PostgreSQL systems. You’ll lead performance analysis and tuning initiatives, metrics to proactively identify systemic issues and design permanent fixes. Partner with software engineers to review schema designs, query structures, and ORM usage for optimal efficiency. Drive replication, high availability, and disaster recovery (HA/DR) strategies across multiple environments and regions. Define and enforce database standards, SLAs, and best practices for schema evolution, query design, and deployments.
