We are looking for people to join the Product Design team at Flash, to work in the Cross Products team. As part of the team, your role will be to solve problems of high uncertainty, proposing effective and delightful solutions that meet the needs of users and the business. You will lead the design process from problem definition, conception and validation of hypotheses to launch and performance monitoring.

Flash is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Typescript, ReactJS, and service architecture to help structure and improve the Flash system architecture, applying concepts of Clean Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, and DDD. The candidate will help build, monitor, and pursue metrics that guarantee the proper functioning of the system and product, innovate, establish well-defined standards for junior developers, and align with peers from other teams.
