Job Description

This role involves tracking and managing legal agreements, including key dates, renewal terms, and compliance requirements. It also includes engaging with outside counsel for invoice review and budgeting. Building scalable processes and systems, developing templates, workflows, and using automation is a key component.

It also involves coordinating with leadership to develop and implement the legal department’s strategic plan. The role requires clear communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects.

Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus, particularly with onboarding or procurement workflows. Strong attention to detail and organization are required.
