Social Media Consultant

The Social Media Consultant is responsible for cultivating and maintaining a strong partnership with customers, both internal and external, promoting superior service in Social Media activity. As part of the Brand & Digital team, this role is responsible for overarching strategy, planning, and execution of deliverables, and other key performance indicators on behalf of our clients. This role acts as a champion for our client brands and carries the unique messages that will positively impact employment brands forward. Responsibilities include being a point of contact; providing thought leadership; executing content strategy; generating content; updating social media plans; copywriting; partnering with design team; assisting with proofreading; leading social media service offerings; mentoring specialists; improving data; and educating colleagues and clients on trends and updates.
