Role Overview:

  • Shape ButcherBox's cultural presence on social media, moving from posting to participating.
  • Translate brand platform into repeatable content ideas and formats that build awareness and relevance.
  • Balance entertainment, education, product storytelling, cultural moments, and community.

What You'll Own:

  • Lead organic social strategy across key platforms.
  • Concept and develop social-first content including short-form video, creator-led storytelling, and series.
  • Own content calendar, monthly planning, and cross-functional integration.

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years experience in social, content, influencer, or brand marketing with in-house consumer brand experience.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator-led content, and internet culture.
  • Strong creative instincts, hands-on approach, and solutions-oriented attitude.
