Research and Learning Associate

Research Design:

• Contribute to planning and execution of impact evaluations, from shaping research questions to interpreting findings.
• Engage critically with evaluation methodology, including experimental design and power calculations.
• Support the review and refinement of research protocols and coverage survey instruments.

Data Quality:

• Review incoming data for inconsistencies and validate outputs against expectations.
• Support the implementation of data quality checks to identify and resolve issues.
• Cross-check internal datasets with partner outputs to ensure alignment and flag discrepancies.

Communicating Insights:

• Help connect monitoring and evaluation outputs to broader programmatic decision-making, contributing data and analysis.
• Support the organization in determining when informal learning is sufficient and when more rigorous evaluation is warranted.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and briefs translating technical findings for various audiences.
