Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer in the Customer Growth team, you'll be responsible for mission-critical product areas, including customer access and managing purchasing/payment experiences. This role involves working on purchasing flows to improve conversion rates and customer stickiness, improving user experience related to subscription management, and guiding customers across their journey with Supermetrics. Your daily tasks involve developing user interfaces, managing new initiatives, collaborating with backend engineers, participating in code reviews, mentoring colleagues, optimizing user experience, and improving the design system. The Customer Growth Team is responsible for mission-critical product areas, ensuring customers have reliable access and managing their purchasing and payment experiences.
