About the Role:

Own the design and lifecycle management of smart contracts across deployment, security, and operations.
Build tooling for non-technical teammates to safely view and manage on-chain state.
Design automated systems to eliminate manual, error-prone work.

What You'll Work On:

Architect smart contract systems for new chain deployments and DeFi interoperability.
Ensure upgrade safety, administrative controls, and operational guardrails.
Connect smart contract design to web app, operational teams, and end users.

Your Experience:

5+ years software engineering, 3+ years blockchain engineering on live DeFi protocols.
Strong Solidity competency; exposure to non-EVM languages like Solana a plus.
Proven results building and scaling DeFi protocols with Python or TypeScript tooling.
