Job Description

As the Technical Support Specialist, you will learn our product inside and out to answer customers in a timely, accurate, knowledgeable, and personable manner. You will help customers with queries over email and phone and troubleshoot technical issues, sometimes fairly advanced. You'll provide best practice advice for using email marketing software and handoff and escalate cases as needed. As part of your responsibilities, you'll leverage insights gained from support communications to help our product team enhance the in-app user experience. You'll answer internal support-related questions from colleagues on other teams and help maintain internal support documentation resources while staying up to date on processes and functionality of new product features.
