Role Overview:

• You will work with AI-powered tools and internal platforms to manage content workflows for sports industry clients.
• Shifts include evenings, weekends, and live event coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage content operations tasks from intake to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain content records and operational documentation.
• Provide first-line support, monitor live content, and utilize AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a shift-based environment.
• Experience with AI tools, content operations, or digital production preferred.
• Interest in sports, media, or SaaS and comfort with rotating shifts.
