Role Overview:
- Design, develop, and implement backend components including APIs, serverless functions, and distributed services.
- Contribute to architectural trade-offs and security best practices across systems.
- Work with technical leads and clients to align expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Hard Skills:
- 3+ years of backend development experience.
- Fluent in Python or Node.js (TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of API/Web communication protocols and cloud services.
- Capable of working container-first and understanding concurrency concepts.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Go, PHP, Ruby, or frameworks like Django, FastAPI, NextJS.
- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MySQL, Redis.
- Experience with CI/CD, AWS, DevOps tools, and generative AI.
