Mid-Level Designer

BRAND & VISUAL IDENTITY:

• Maintain and evolve visual standards across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency.
• Produce brand-compliant assets from scratch by adapting existing templates.
• Support ongoing brand governance.

DEMAND GENERATION & CAMPAIGN ASSETS:

• Design multi-format campaign assets including display ads, social graphics and landing pages.
• Work from creative briefs to produce on-brand, conversion-oriented materials.
• Collaborate with the Content and Demand Gen teams to ensure visual and copy alignment.

WEB & DIGITAL:

• Produce web-ready graphics, banners, and UI assets optimized for performance.
• Support updates to the NewtonX website and digital properties with production-ready files.
• Ensure all digital assets meet accessibility and technical standards.
