Key Responsibilities:
- Build the CJA Data Foundation: Configure connections and bring datasets from Adobe Experience Platform and other sources into CJA.
- Model Clean Data Views: Design and maintain data views, including time zones, attribution and allocation settings.
- Design the Measurement Layer: Build calculated metrics, segments/filters, dimensions, and date ranges.
Qualifications:
- Customer Journey Analytics Mastery: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
- Analytics-Driven Mindset: Strong judgment about which KPIs to surface, which visualization communicates best.
- Communication & Storytelling: Excellent communication skills to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
