Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for the Optimizely Data Platform implementation.
- Review and validate customer data architecture, schemas, and platform configuration.
- Analyze customer profiles, identity resolution rules, and behavioral tracking to ensure data accuracy.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience supporting Marketing Analytics or Customer Data Platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Optimizely Data Platform is highly preferred.
- Understanding of customer data architecture and event-based tracking.
- Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and analysis.
