About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the enhancement and expansion of our ServiceNow Employee Center Pro platform.
  • This role focuses on gathering, validating, and translating business requirements into actionable outcomes that improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, Facilities, Legal, and other functions to gather and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand current pain points and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, portals, knowledge management, and case management modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
