Role Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Build and manage multi-channel customer experiences.
- Support campaign execution, testing, and production deployments.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Marketing Automation or Customer Engagement Platforms.
- 2+ years hands-on with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of XDM.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or Customer Journey Analytics.
- Adobe Certified Professional certifications.
- Familiarity with APIs and consent management frameworks.
