This role focuses on networking within state government agencies to identify and secure funding opportunities that support child care workforce development and professional training initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in government relations, grant funding, and partnership development within the education or nonprofit sector.
Key responsibilities include government and stakeholder engagement by establishing and maintaining relationships with state government agencies and monitoring funding programs. Also, business development & funding acquisition by pursuing funding opportunities and developing proposals supporting the companyβs mission. As well as, strategic growth & market expansion by conducting market research and collaborating with internal teams to align business growth with funding opportunities.
