Act as the primary point of contact for scientific exchange in Germany, building trusted relationships with thought leaders, centers of excellence, and advocacy groups.
Identify and maintain impactful collaborations including publications, advisory boards, IIS, educational initiatives, and speaker programs.
Support Phase IV studies, registries, and real-world evidence projects.

Collaboration and Compliance:

Work closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Market Access teams to ensure consistent medical strategy.
Ensure adherence to medical governance and compliance standards in all field activities.
Represent Acadia at congresses and scientific events, contributing to symposia planning.

Qualifications:

Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) is preferred.
6-8 years of relevant industry experience, including 3-5 years as a field-based MSL in CNS/neuroscience or rare disease.
Fluency in German and English, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Travel and Location:

Remote-based in Germany with travel up to 70%.
Willingness to attend international meetings and congresses.
