Technical Lead

The Senior Technical Lead is responsible for leading a team in designing, building, and delivery of Nextech’s Data and Reporting solutions. This role evaluates upcoming initiatives, assesses technical feasibility, and ensures high-quality, timely delivery of projects while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Senior Technical Lead works cross-functionally with Software Development Manager, Product, Development, Cloud Services, DevOps and Support, and acts as a technical authority on more complex solutions acts as a mentor across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading team execution and planning, evaluating team strengths, collaborating with the Software Development Manager (SDM) to ensure proper resourcing, serving as the primary technical contributor, writing code, guiding architectural and code review decisions, translating business needs into actionable solutions, partnering with Product Managers and UI/UX teams, driving innovation, owning code quality, providing technical leadership throughout the SDLC, identifying technical debt, and supporting career development. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the team in cross-functional meetings.
