Lead Solution Architect, Energy & Utilities

Research, design & develop computer/network software solutions for IFS’ energy & utilities customers. Apply industry & enterprise solution delivery knowledge & experience in complex, multi-phase projects. Lead the consulting delivery of the IFS mobile workforce management (MWM) solution, maintain clear communication on all aspects of implementation with the customer, project & management teams. Design complex scheduling solutions using IFS BSE or PSO engines to meet utility business requirements & process. Ensure enhancements are minimized & standard product build in features/capabilities are leveraged in conjunction with IFS Project Manager. Delegate & manage the efforts of the other consulting team-members on the projects. Ensure the IFS MWM solution capabilities & expectations are aligned to scope & delivery commitments for the projects with partners & system integrators. Assess planned features in roadmap & ensure the voice of the customer active projects are incorporated into the roadmap decision process. Communicate with customers to provide updates on product direct & potential value of adoption of those product features to the assigned customers.
