Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities:

• Shape the future of Ondo's brand and expand our visual system to support a growing product ecosystem.
• Expand and evolve brand guidelines, creating cohesive sub-branding systems for new products while maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop scalable design systems that empower teams across the organization.

Campaign Conceptualization:

• Conceive and design brand campaigns that resonate with our audience, translating complex ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring campaigns from concept to execution.
• Push creative boundaries while staying true to brand principles.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, preferably at agencies or in-house brand teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proven track record of developing and expanding brand systems with strong conceptual thinking and visual craft.
