Production Designer, Retail & Packaging

About the role:

• Grüns is scaling across retail and needs a production expert to protect the brand on every shelf and printer.
• This is a technical, detail-obsessed role for someone who loves living between design and execution.

In this role, you will:

• Own technical production for retail and packaging: dielines, print-ready files, and vendor specs.
• Adapt approved retail concepts across formats, retailers, and sizes, and catch layout issues before they go to print.
• Build and maintain a production system that keeps retail assets moving fast and accurate.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years as a production artist in packaging, print, retail, or visual merchandising.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Communicates clearly with designers, vendors, printers, and internal teams.
