Digital Engineering Lead

The Work:

• Define and maintain the MBD authoring standard: templates, metadata schema, and annotation conventions aligned to ASME Y14.5 and Y14.41.
• Set the neutral-derivative and automated-analysis strategy, including STEP AP242, QIF, and 3D PDF.
• Own the quality gate, digital-thread configuration, and run delivery with integrated master schedule.

Here's What You Need:

• 10+ years in digital or model-based engineering with hands-on MBD in PTC Creo and/or Zuken E3.series.
• Strong command of GD&T under ASME Y14.5 and Y14.41.
• Experience implementing digital thread and configuration management across engineering, manufacturing, and quality.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Zuken E3.series and DS-E3/PDM administration or standards work.
• Neutral-exchange standards (STEP AP242, QIF) and tools such as Capvidia MBDConnect.
• Aerospace & defense experience, especially in a Creo and Windchill environment.
