Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees core identity governance platforms, role-based access automation, and access certification programs.
- Partners with IT, Security, HR, Revenue Cycle, and business leaders.
- Oversees configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IAM and identity governance platforms.
Data Systems:
- Designs and maintain scalable tools, automation frameworks, and APIs.
- Ensures data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across identity sources and directories.
- Drives adoption of RBAC models to automate a majority of entitlement provisioning.
Team Leadership:
- Leads, coaches, and develops IAM staff to achieve high levels of performance.
- Fosters employee engagement through transparent communication and participation in process design.
- Provides ongoing feedback and document performance issues in accordance with organizational policy.
