Lead Data Analyst

The Lead Data Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and operational success of the data team. This individual serves as the primary technical resource and point of contact for Data Analysts, guiding daily operations, troubleshooting challenges, and driving continuous improvement. This role is critical in delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting, ensuring timely data delivery, and providing mentorship to team members. The job involves performing advanced laboratory data tasks, supporting managers in daily operations, coordinating workload, tracking workflow milestones, and overseeing priority data tasks. It includes identifying risks, resolving technical queries, implementing process improvements, supporting system enhancements, assisting in SOP creation, and mentoring junior analysts. The role demands experience in genomic data analysis and management, strong knowledge of genotyping analysis, data structuring, and dataset visualization. The role will also foster a team-oriented enviroment.
