Responsibilities:
- Build and own production voice agents that call payers for prior authorization status, handling IVRs, hold queues, and structured data capture.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality and integrate agent outputs into prior authorization workflows.
- Instrument call outcomes and agent behavior to drive iterative improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience owning full-stack production systems.
- 2+ years of Python experience building APIs, services, or data workflows.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based applications or RAG systems in production.
