The role includes working with a backend stack consisting of Python and TypeScript (Node.js) and maintaining and evolving cloud infrastructure on AWS. Responsibilities also include optimizing data storage, collaborating in an agile environment, analyzing application data models, and contributing to architectural decisions and long-term tech strategy.
