Role Overview:
- The Technical Services Lead ensures accurate specifications, batch sheets, and nutrition panels.
- Works closely with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and co-manufacturers.
- Owns documentation, data, and logistics for product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage specifications, batch sheets, and nutrition data in labeling software.
- Coordinate materials, samples, and shelf-life studies.
- Support consumer testing and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field.
- 3-6 years in food R&D or technical services.
- Proficiency in nutrition software and FDA labeling rules.
Working Conditions:
- Remote work with travel (10-20%) to co-manufacturers.
- Exposure to allergens and PPE requirements during plant visits.
