Responsibilities:
- Reviews patient health information and conducts goal setting sessions before exercise.
- Works with patients over telehealth to implement exercise plans for older adults with cardiac issues.
- Documents progress, evaluates compliance, and updates exercise programs in collaboration with the team.
Your Past Experience:
- Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or sports medicine required.
- At least 2 years of experience as an exercise physiologist focused on cardiovascular health.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish and ACSM or AACVPR certification required.
