Senior Design System Designer

We're looking for a Design System Lead to drive the next phase of growth for InPost Group’s global design system. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for an experienced UI designer who understands the complexities of scaling a multi-brand, multi-platform system across a large, international digital product ecosystem. You will take ownership of the system’s evolution—auditing its current state, setting a future vision, and delivering high-quality components and standards that support our suite of mobile and web applications for consumers, logistics operators, and business partners. Your Responsibilities include auditing the maturity, consistency, and scalability of the current design system. Define a strategy for evolving the system in partnership with a dedicated Design System PM, ensuring the system is scalable across multiple brands, languages, and markets.
