The right person will play a critical role in improving customer experience, collaborating with PMs and engineers throughout the product lifecycle, and contributing to design principles and framework for the group.

Shape analytical standards and implement innovative solutions, impacting operations across Poland and 7 international markets. You'll drive innovation and improvements by evaluating new tools and platform features. Monitor the effectiveness of solutions by tracking implemented actions and evangelize platform users on the best practices, encouraging teams to continuously improve their working methods.
